Rising Demand for Meat Takes Toll on Environment

Renee Montagne talks to professor Roz Naylor, director of the Program on Food Security and the Environment at Stanford University...

A very informative interview, Ms. Naylor lays forth many interesting facts that make evident that meat consumption is damaging to the environment. I, as an "ideologist", never had a doubt about this tie anyway, but stubborn people should really consider all these facts! (If they consider themselves to have a grain of common sense and half a grain of moral anywhere in their hearts and guts and brains and stomachs.)
Seems to be an interesting article:

Rethinking the Meat-Guzzler

A lot of facts, people need facts to legitimize themselves and to convince others of a cause. The vision is what touches and moves one too!! Mark Bittman is not a vegetarian and he even seems to despise vegans, see entry: here , he did publish a vegetarian cookbook last year I understand, and he is, I guess, the chef food guy in the NY times. These food obsessed people have a problem that they take the world for food, I mean that they believe the world exists to be a tickler on their tongue.

Anyway it's an interesting article - it seems. As an ideologist I am too bored with so many facts over and over again with this and that more detailes added each year to the list of facts, annualy.

Well VIVE LA IDEOLOGIE As long it only faces another disguised ideology - and meat eating is nothing else but yet another ideological belief, namely that, that the world exists to serve humans, etc, etc, etc.
